The hotel complex is beautiful, the view from the large swimming pool is magnificent, and the rooms are modern and clean. However, that's about all there is to praise. The value for money is otherwise completely off. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, the dining hall closes at 8:00 PM, and there is no bar in the evening, not to mention a minibar in the rooms is nowhere to be found. There isn't even a telephone to call the reception, and even the TV channels are not correctly set up. The food is barely average and, like many other things, overpriced. It is clear that savings are being made at every corner exactly where they shouldn't be: on the guest and service. A hotel that doesn't even meet the minimal standard should not have five stars but at most two.

We visited for just a day, and the place is quite soothing. Although they might not have promoted it well, the place is fantastic. The view is great, the food is decent, and the pool, along with the sea with their floatings, is spacious. They even have beach volleyball, but it seems the maintenance could be better, probably due to fewer guests. Despite that, I'd suggest it as a go-to vacation spot.

Staff - all were friendly and approachable Room - cozy and comfortable Food - tasty and delicious If you want to move around you can ask assistance from there staff, but you can walk around and enjoy some of their amenities. Rooms are all cozy and comfortable to stay in but some of their utilities are run down and just need a little maintenance. Foods are all tasty and enjoyable but we suggest you to order ahead of time to prevents delays which they explain. Price - overbit pricey but worth it from foods to rooms. Location - accessible as there are a lot of tricycles and jeepneys you can rent to go there (300-800 price range) from parola

For the accommodations, we booked the beach pod room. It was ok. the bottom bunk had low headroom (rougly 2.5 ft). But the resort staff was very accommodating and the service is very good. Food in Estrellita (the restaurant in the resort, which is a concessionaire and not really part of the resort, according to the front desk), was extremely mediocre. The portions were laughable, given the premium price, and the taste was bad, and most of the items in their menu were unavailable. We ordered sandwiches, and it took them around 45 minutes to make. I would recommend riding a tricycle or walking and eating elsewhere if you're staying here. Overall, I would have to rate this resort low due to the Estellita restaurant. I hope that they work on this moving forward.

Looking into the design details of the luxurius buildings and facilities, the vast size of land occupied by the resort no doubt this will be a great staying here. Having this beautifully settled pool between the two main buildings..which spanned same with the length of the building too. The resort also has a water park just along the shorelines and the series of beach pods facing the sea which is great to wake in the morning while inhaling the fresh breeze of air...You can also take some time climbing up to their viewing deck and chapel located up hill. Beach is not suitable for swimming, but you can hire a boat going to some of the parts of guimaras island which water are irrestible to dive into and go swimming and snorkeling. Food was good as well as the services. You just need to prepare much budget to stay here and enjoy. Just wandering why is the distance of the TV mounted in the room wall was short, not to reach the electrical wall outlet and the control lever of the shower temp not to easy to get the adjustment of hot and cool water.

Location too far from everything which meant you need to pay money for transport if you want to leave the hotel. Arrived at 11pm and was immediately expected to pay the stay IN CASH! Very little sense of hospitality from the front desk lady but the other staff were nice and smiley except her. Restaurant is the saddest hotel restaurant I’ve seen but it is the only place in the whole resort with internet. No internet in rooms, no telecom signal in the whole place. Flying cockroaches in the rooms, rust everywhere, old fridge with a funny smell and a loud sound, leaky toilet, and mosquitos. I would avoid at all cost!!!!!
